July Fitness Challenge

Are you fit enough to complete the July Squat & Abs Challenge?

squatsJuly challenge officially starts today (July 1st) and runs until July 31th.  The goal is to complete 7750 squats or abs exercises for the month.

Quick math – that’s 250 exercises per day.

Each squat counts as 1, full ab movements also count as 1.   For half ab movements (crunch) or alternating half movements (like flutter kick or bicycles),  2 movements count as 1 exercise.

(Its an honor system so use your judgment when scoring your exercises.)

If you miss a day, you just have to do more on the days that follow to catch up.
